Contacts in St. Petersburg

I contacted Kardinal to pay for a foreign invoice, the situation was nervous - deadlines were running out, and any delay threatened to ruin the deal The coolest thing is that the guys did everything clearly and without any questions, as if it wasn’t a problem at all Everything was fast, to the point, and kept in the loop at every step. It’s rare to see such well-coordinated work - it’s clear that the team is really professional👍 If it weren’t for them, the story could have ended completely differently)

Honestly, at first I was skeptical - just another company that promises “turnkey everything.” But when our previous supplier from China disappeared with the advance payment, he turned here. The guys not only found a new manufacturer, but also checked it through local agents. The shipment arrived on time, customs cleared without a single question. Now I recommend it to all my colleagues!

Great company, we've been working with them for a couple of years now, no problems. All delivery issues from abroad are resolved on a turnkey basis. We sent the documents, paid the invoice and are waiting. At the same time, it turns out cheaper than other companies that gave us a quote, offering only delivery, without nuances - how to pay, how to clear customs.

We worked with an order for the delivery of artificial plants, palm trees, flowers, etc. for the improvement of a recreation center. The specialists not only suggested that our supplier was unreliable, but also helped us select an alternative - we were happy with the prices and were happy with the goods we received. Thank you, we will contact you again.

I have been working with this company for more than 5 years and have never had any complaints. The cost is slightly lower than the market, but you can always bargain. The goods are always delivered safe and sound, and they can pay for you at the Chinese factory. Everything is fine, everyone is happy

We have been importing spare parts from China for 8 months now. Kardinal selected a supplier, helped with the contract, organized delivery and customs clearance. Everything is transparent: track code, photo of the cargo, EDI. No hidden fees. We continue to cooperate.

We transport equipment for the food industry from China through them. From plant inspection to delivery to the workshop - everything is turnkey. It is especially valuable that they help with certification and labeling. Already 5 containers, zero problems. A solid five.

These are great logistics specialists. They work honestly and transparently. It is convenient that there are offices in Vladivostok, St. Petersburg and Moscow. They provide competent and patient advice even to beginners like me. They respond promptly. I recommend it.

The first time we ordered from China, we were afraid that we would lose the cargo. Kardinal explained each stage: finding a factory, checking samples, consolidation, delivery, broker. We cleared customs in 1 day. Now only with them.

We sent oversized equipment from Guangzhou to Yekaterinburg. “Kardinal” themselves calculated the risks, chartered special transport, and went through customs. Arrived intact and on time. Very pleased, we will come back again.

Working for the first time, I asked to deliver several generators. The generators themselves were delivered safe and sound. Everything was done turnkey, I recommend it!

They always help in delivering food from different parts of the world. All emerging issues are resolved quickly. Always in touch. We have been working with the company for several years. Everything is great ☺️
